Our House Rules

Welcome to Nomad!
These House Rules serve as the foundation of a respectful, productive, and secure environment at Nomad. By using our space or services, you agree to abide by these guidelines, which also function as part of our terms and conditions. They are enforceable and carry legal standing to ensure a fair and safe co-working experience for everyone.

  1. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises.

 

  1. Respect the quiet ambience and keep noise to a minimum to maintain a productive atmosphere for everyone.

 

  1. Please conserve resources where possible, such as electricity and water. If you are the last to leave, please switch off the air conditioning and lights, and ensure the door is properly locked.

 

  1. Clean your workspace before you leave, including clearing personal items from shared desks and washing any dishes you’ve used.

 

  1. You’re welcome to enjoy snacks and drinks at your desk, but please take full meals in the pantry and clean up after yourself.

 

  1. Keep phone conversations brief and at a low volume.

 

  1. Be considerate with communal supplies, such as stationery and cutlery. Don’t monopolise meeting room or equipment.

 

  1. Book meeting rooms in advance and respect the time slots. Clean up after meetings and ensure the room is ready for the next user.

 

  1. Do not rearrange or encroach upon personal’s or others’ workspaces without permission from the management.

 

  1. Maintain professional behaviour and treat all co-workers with respect. Harassment or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.

 

  1. Always secure your belongings and do not share access codes with third parties. Management is not responsible for any loss or theft of personal items.

 

  1. Use the internet responsibly. Avoid activities that could slow down the network or violate any legal or ethical standards.

 

  1. Be open to networking and collaboration, but respect when someone is in “focus mode” and does not wish to be disturbed.

 

  1. We value your input. Please provide feedback or suggestions to improve the space through the appropriate channels.

 

  1. Familiarize yourself with emergency exits and procedures in case of an emergency

 

  1. All visitors are expected to follow the same house rules.
