Join this hands-on Basic Life Support (BLS) Workshop by Hero Hands and learn the essential skills that could help save a life. This practical training is designed for everyday people with no medical background and covers:
✅ Recognising life-threatening emergencies
✅ Performing high-quality CPR
✅ Using an Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
✅ Providing effective rescue breaths
✅ Managing choking incidents in adults and infants
Participants will receive guided practice, instructor feedback, and a Certificate of Attendance upon completion.
